In the State of Oregon you may purchase your marriage license in any Oregon county and use it to be married anywhere in Oregon.  You can get your marriage license application and pay your fee at any County Clerk's Office.

You can contact the Lincoln County Clerk's office by phone 503-265-4121 or mail at 225 W. Olive, Newport, Oregon 97365. Everything can be handled by mail with no need for the bride and groom to personally appear at the clerk's office.

There is a three day waiting period in Oregon once the license has been signed and issued by the clerk's office and the license is good for the next 60 days.
